Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as: Customized or personalized products Gift cards Sale/discounted items 2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email/phone. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 4. Exchanges We allow exchanges only for defective/damaged items or if you received the wrong product. For size/style changes (where applicable), you may return the original product and place a new order.
